Who provides this website

This website is operated by the Mount Vernon on the Potomac Citizens Association (“the Association”) for its members and residents. The software was built and donated as a pro bono service by East Bay Projects. East Bay Projects and the individual volunteers who helped build or maintain the site do not operate it and are not responsible for it.

Member accounts

  • Member accounts are for Mount Vernon on the Potomac homeowners and residents.
  • Keep your password private. You're responsible for activity on your account.
  • Don't share member-only information, such as access codes or the resident directory, with people outside the community.
  • The Association may suspend or remove accounts that don't belong or that break these terms.

Using the site

  • Be respectful in Neighbor Chat and anything else you post.
  • Don't post anything unlawful, or anything you don't have the right to share.
  • Don't try to access accounts or information you aren't allowed to see, or to disrupt the site.

Information on the site

Information here is provided for convenience. The Association's governing documents and official records control if anything on the site differs from them.

Provided “as is”

The website and its software are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. That includes any warranty that the site will always be available, error-free, or secure.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, neither the Association, its board members and volunteers, nor East Bay Projects will be liable for any damages arising from your use of the website or your inability to use it.

Changes and contact
